Ivy Living is hiring a Server at its Ivy Park at Seal Beach located in California. The role focuses on serving residents and guests with courtesy, accuracy in taking orders, and maintaining dining area operations to enhance the dining experience.

The position emphasizes friendly service, adherence to safety standards, and a collaborative work environment with opportunities for training and growth within the Oakmont Management Group family.

Qualifications

• Experience is preferred but not necessary; we will train the right candidate.
• Must be at least 16 years of age with a work permit.
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including TB tests.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs.

Responsibilities

• Serve residents, family members, and visitors in a professional, courteous manner.
• Take residents' and guests' food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS.
• Set up and break down tables.
• Follow proper serving techniques/etiquette (e.g. serving from left, clearing between courses).
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for staff, residents, and guests.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperation with co-workers and other departments.
