Oakmont Management Group is seeking a Server for Ivy Park at Seal Beach, a premier senior living community managed by Oakmont Management Group. The role offers full-time and part-time hours with a pay range of $17.00 per hour, emphasizing courteous service and resident wellbeing.

Responsibilities include taking orders, serving with etiquette, and maintaining a safe environment while supporting teamwork across departments and providing exceptional care to residents and visitors.

Qualifications

• 16 years of age with a work permit.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs.
• Written and verbal skills to interact with staff, physicians, residents, and families.
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests (including TB).
• COVID-19 or other PPE requirements may apply per regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Serve residents, family members, and visitors in a professional, dignified, efficient, and courteous manner.
• Accurately and professionally take residents' and guests’ food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS.
• Set up and break down bus tables.
• Adhere to serving techniques/etiquette and safety standards.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for staff, residents, and guests.
• Encourage teamwork across departments.
