Ivy Terrace at South Coast is a premier senior living community managed by Oakmont Management Group in California. The Server role focuses on friendly, courteous service, taking orders into the POS, and supporting dining operations. The position supports residents, families, and visitors in a warm, professional environment.

Full training is provided; candidates must be 16+ with a work permit and HS diploma. Benefits include health coverage, PTO, meals, 401(k) matching, and more.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old with a work permit.
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including TB tests.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs.

Responsibilities

• Serve residents, family members, and visitors in a professional, courteous manner.
• Take and enter food and beverage orders into the POS accurately.
• Set up and break down tables as needed.
• Adhere to proper serving techniques and etiquette.
• Maintain a safe, clean dining environment for staff and residents.
• Foster teamwork across departments.
