Qualifications

• Experience is preferred but training is provided.
• Must be at least 16 years of age with a work permit.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs.
• Written and verbal skills to interact with staff, supervisors, physicians, healthcare professionals, residents, and families.

Responsibilities

• Serve residents, family members, and visitors in a professional, dignified, courteous manner.
• Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS.
• Set up and break down tables.
• Ensure proper serving techniques and etiquette.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for staff, residents, and guests.
• Encourage teamwork across departments.
