Job summary

Covenant Living Communities and Services is seeking a Sales Specialist for Assisted Living to help maintain occupancy and cultivate a robust waitlist. The role focuses on tours, inquiries, and closing sales, aligned with the annual census plan.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years in sales, preferably in senior living. This on-site role requires strong communication, relationship-building, and knowledge of residency agreements and LifeConnect lifestyle.

Qualifications

• The candidate should have a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience and education.
• Minimum two years of professional sales experience, preferably in senior living or real estate.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and ability to relate well with prospects, residents and families.
• Self-motivated, creative, and capable of strong interpersonal relationships.
• Knowledge of sales and marketing concepts for senior adults; industry experience is a plus.
• Must be able to communicate Covenant Living values and lifestyle to prospects.

Responsibilities

• Interact with prospects, residents, family members, visitors and staff with professionalism.
• Follow up on inquiries, conduct tours, information sessions, and calls to drive applications and residency.
• Meet sales activity targets and support census development plans with leadership.
• Explain residency agreements, pricing and LifeConnect philosophy to candidates.
• Process residency applications and ensure accurate financial information for final approval.
• Maintain records of all sales activity in Covenant Living CRM per policy.
• Collaborate with church relations and campus colleagues on outreach and tactics.
• Ensure Fair Housing standards are met and promote equitable opportunities.
