Job summary

Covenant Living Communities and Services is seeking a Sales Specialist for Assisted Living to drive occupancy and manage the future resident list. This full-time role involves tours, inquiries, and coordination with central leadership to implement census plans.

The ideal candidate has a degree (or equivalent), 2+ years in sales and strong communication, with a passion for senior living and customer service.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Two years of professional experience in sales, senior living sales and marketing, or real estate preferred.
• Ability to relate to the public in a pleasant, professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Interact with prospects, residents, families and co-workers to maintain positive service.
• Follow up on inquiries, conduct tours and information sessions on/off site.
• Meet sales activity goals and implement census development plans.
• Explain residency agreements, pricing and LifeConnect philosophy clearly.
• Process residency applications and ensure accurate resident financial data.
