Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Two years of professional sales experience preferred.
• Experience in senior living sales or marketing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group tours to prospective residents.
• Follow up on inquiries and move prospects toward application.
• Process residency applications and maintain applicant files.
• Meet or exceed sales activity and budgeted indicators.
• Collaborate with on-campus teams to implement census development plans.
