Job summary

Covenant Living Communities and Services is seeking a Sales-focused professional to drive occupancy and lead generation in our Connecticut community. You will implement quarterly and annual targets under the Sales Director, while maintaining a viable future resident list and strong referral network.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of sales or marketing experience, CRM proficiency, and the ability to work in a matrixed organization. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred; bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional sales or marketing experience.
• Strong CRM and data reporting skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work in a matrixed organization and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales activity targets (calls, appointments, reservations).
• Maintain and update CRM data for leads and inquiries.
• Understand inventory, layouts, and selling features of the community.
• Collaborate on local and national sales strategies and referral networks.
