Falcons Landing in Loudoun County, Northern Virginia, seeks an innovative and professional Sales Counselor to join our Sales & Marketing team. The exempt position reports to the Director of Sales & Marketing and collaborates with the Sales Team to achieve occupancy goals.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of sales experience (preferably in senior living), strong communication and interpersonal skills, CRM familiarity, and a track record of meeting sales targets.

Competenze

• Three to five years of sales experience, preferably in senior living.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an engaging and professional approach.
• Familiarity with Enquire/Aline or another CRM system is highly desirable.

Mansioni

• Meet and exceed occupancy goals and support ongoing occupancy success.
• Build relationships with prospective residents and families.
• Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing team to drive sales initiatives.
