Falcons Landing seeks a Move-In Coordinator to support the Sales & Marketing team, assisting with inquiries, tours, onboarding, and move-ins while delivering an exceptional experience for prospective and incoming residents.

The role offers growth opportunities within senior living sales, CRM workflows, and lead engagement, with potential advancement into a Sales Counselor role based on performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred (Business, Communications, Hospitality, or related fields).
• 2-3 years of experience in senior living, hospitality, real estate, healthcare, or customer-facing roles.
• CRM experience preferred (Aline or similar).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends for tours or events.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrative and operational support for the Sales & Marketing office.
• Greet visitors, manage calls and scheduling, assist prospective residents and families.
• Maintain accurate CRM (Aline) records, inquiries, prospect updates, and reports.
• Conduct community tours as needed and support Sales Counselors with tour preparations.
• Qualify inquiries and coordinate timely handoffs to Sales Counselors.
• Coordinate onboarding and move-in processes in partnership with internal departments.
• Support marketing initiatives, events, open houses, and outreach activities.
• Prepare sales materials, event collateral, and departmental documents
