You’ll learn prospect engagement, relationship development, and occupancy growth across Dallas–Fort Worth and Houston markets, with tours, referrals, and move-in coordination.

A coachable, proactive profile with travel willingness is ideal for developing leadership in senior living sales.

Qualifikationen

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, hospitality, customer service, leasing, admissions, healthcare, or relationship-focused roles.
• Senior living experience is highly valuable.
• Ability and willingness to travel between communities.

Aufgaben

• Learn and support the complete senior living sales process from inquiry to move-in.
• Manage short- and long-term prospect follow-up activities.
• Conduct outbound outreach calls and assist with converting inquiries into appointments.
• Support occupancy and ADC growth initiatives.
• Assist with sales presentations, appointments, and tours.
• Build relationships with prospective residents, families, and partners.
• Participate in outreach, referral development, and events.
• Maintain CRM lead and activity documentation.
• Assist with move-in coordination and resident transitions.
• Support market analysis and pricing surveys.
