Hcshiring in Greer, SC is seeking a part-time Community Relations/Sales role with about 20 hours per week. You will share responsibilities for outreach, education, and referrals, conduct tours, and coordinate move-ins for new residents.

You will work with the marketing team to meet outreach goals and maintain strong resident relations. The position involves travel to referral sources around the market and collaboration with the Director of Community Relations to ensure a positive community image

Qualifications

• Five years’ sales/marketing experience with a proven track record.
• Experience working with seniors.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other marketing software.
• Excellent customer service and public relations skills.
• Cheerful personality and a desire to serve seniors.
• Ability to travel 30% of time to referral sources.

Responsabilités

• Share responsibilities for community outreach and education to create referrals.
• Meet goals for selling/outreach activities and conduct tours/home visits.
• Participate in pipeline reviews and maintain prospect data.
• Maintain inquiry forms and marketing materials at the hospitality suite.
• Document all sales/outreach activity in Sherpa.
• Coordinate new resident move-in including paperwork and unit readiness.
• Assist with move-in day activities and settings for residents and families.
• Collaborate with Director of Community Relations to resolve issues.
• Help maintain occupancy and meet monthly budget targets.
• Support marketing action plans and sales meetings.
