The position emphasizes customer-focused outreach, data entry, and collaboration with campus leadership to determine suitable levels of care and residency options.

Qualifications

• Requires at least one year of experience in outside sales and proven sale experience.
• Ability to read and interpret business material, write reports and correspondence.
• Proficient in lead tracking software, email, Excel and word processing for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the initial contact for callers and visitors learning about the Redstone community.
• Conducts tours for visitors and coordinates with Campus to offer tours when unavailable.
• Telephones potential residents from the lead base and maintains confidentiality of records.
