Integrated Real Estate Group (IREG) seeks a Sales Counselor to drive occupancy growth at its Watermere at the Highlands and Watercrest at Kingwood communities. The role emphasizes guiding prospective residents through the senior living journey with empathy, professionalism, and result-oriented follow-up.

You will manage inquiries, tours, and move-in processes while collaborating with leadership and care teams.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of successful sales experience.
• Experience in senior living, independent living, or multifamily housing preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Aufgaben

• Manage the full prospect journey from initial inquiry through signed lease and move-in.
• Conduct personalized community tours for prospective residents and families.
• Respond to phone, email, walk-in, and referral inquiries.
• Maintain accurate guest cards, prospect notes, follow-up activity, and CRM documentation.
• Develop and maintain relationships with referral partners, healthcare professionals, and community organizations.
• Support occupancy and move-in goals through proactive pipeline management.
