Job summary

Front Porch in Chula Vista is hiring for a Sales Coordinator. This full-time hourly role (36+ hours/week) reports to the Director of Sales and Marketing and offers a pay range of $20.50–$22.50 per hour. Sunday–Thursday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with Friday and Saturday off.

The position supports the Sales and Marketing Department with customer service, data entry, tours, brochures, and coordination of move-ins and communications. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related experience in lieu of degree.
• Previous sales, marketing, or customer relations experience.
• Willing to drive a golf cart for tours (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service to residents, families, co-workers and vendors.
• Call contacts and update Sales/Marketing database.
• Screen calls and schedule tours of the community.
• Assemble and mail brochures and other related marketing materials.
• Prepare, and mail follow up thank you notes as assigned.
• Assist with Dynamics data entry and clean up.
• Assist with follow up calls and home visits.
• Ensure all sales/marketing material are stocked, ordered and placed in appropriate areas.
• Assist in marketing events.
• Maintain an up to date wait list.
• Participate in all meetings as requested.
• May assist with updating marketing and sales reports.
• May assist with prospect communications and wait list contacts.
• Walk through the community with an eye for cleanliness and housekeeping needs.
• May assist in preparing resident handbooks and contracts.
• Coordinate move-in process including interface with departments.
