Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience in a customer-facing role.
• Experience with CRM systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation and timely follow-up with inquiries.
• Schedule and conduct in-person community tours when needed.
• Assist in organizing community sales events.
• Submit catering worksheets two weeks before events.
• Participate in events and tour prospects as directed by Sales Director.
• Support CRM with lead follow-up and tour scheduling.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Maintain professional appearance and customer-focused demeanor.
