Brookdale Senior Living is hiring a Sales Manager to guide families and seniors through the move-in journey in our communities across Texas. You will work with local professionals and volunteers to generate referral leads from medical, financial, and legal partners and other organizations.

You will also partner with leadership to develop and execute sales and marketing plans to meet revenue and occupancy goals.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of sales experience required; senior living experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license required; reliable transportation expected.

• Guide families and seniors through the sales journey from interest to move-in, on-site and in the community.
