Brookdale is seeking a Sales Manager to guide families through the move-in journey and partner with local professionals to drive community occupancy. You’ll work with leadership to execute sales plans that meet revenue targets.

We offer onboarding, ongoing training, and commission opportunities. A bachelor’s degree in marketing or business and a valid driver’s license are preferred; senior living sales experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and electronic documentation.
• Strong working knowledge of technology and communication tools.

Responsabilités

• Guide for families and older adults—assist from interest to move-in.
• Team player—collaborate with local professionals and volunteers for referrals.
• Partner with leadership to develop and execute sales/marketing plans to meet revenue goals.
