Job summary

Brookdale Senior Living is seeking a Sales Manager to guide families and older adults through the move-in journey, and to partner with community leadership to drive occupancy and revenue. You will build referral networks with local professionals and organizations, while leading the sales cycle from interest to move-in.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• 2+ years of relevant sales experience; Senior Living experience preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of technology and MS Office; electronic documentation.

Responsibilities

• Guide families and older adults through the sales journey from interest to move-in.
• Collaborate with local professionals and volunteers to generate referral leads.
• Partner with leadership to execute sales and marketing plans to meet revenue and occupancy goals.
