Brookdale Senior Living is seeking a Sales Manager to guide families and older adults through the move-in journey, building trusted relationships within the community.

You will collaborate with local professionals to generate referrals and work with leadership to execute sales and marketing plans to meet revenue and occupancy goals. Opportunity to advance in a mission-driven organization with comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• 2+ years of relevant and recent sales experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of technology, Microsoft Office Suite, and electronic documentation
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of experience and education

Responsabilidades

• Guide families and older adults through the sales journey from interest to move-in.
• Collaborate with local professionals/organizations to generate referral leads.
• Partner with leadership to develop and execute sales/marketing plans to meet revenue goals.
