Qualifications

• Bachelor1s degree preferred or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Minimum of 2 years relevant and recent sales experience; Senior Living experience preferred.
• Valid driver1 license.
• Strong working knowledge of technology and electronic documentation.

Responsibilities

• Guide families and older adults through the sales journey from interest to move-in.
• Collaborate with local professionals and volunteers to generate referral leads.
• Partner with leadership to develop and execute sales and marketing plans to meet revenue goals.
