Job summary

Brookdale Senior Living is seeking a Sales Manager to guide families and older adults through the move-in process, working with local professionals to generate referral leads and achieve revenue and occupancy goals.

You will partner with leaders to implement sales and marketing plans, participate in onboarding and ongoing training, and contribute to a mission-driven organization focused on enriching lives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred or equivalent
• Valid driver's license required
• Minimum of 2 years relevant and recent sales experience, Senior Living experience preferred
• Strong working knowledge of technology and MS Office; electronic documentation

Responsibilities

• Guide families and older adults through the sales journey from interest to move-in
• Collaborate with local professionals, volunteers, and organizations to generate referral leads
• Partner with leadership to develop and execute sales and marketing plans to meet revenue and occupancy goals
• Participate in Brookdale's onboarding and ongoing education programs
