Great Lakes Management in Bloomington, MN seeks an Assistant Director of Sales to lead occupancy growth alongside the Director of Sales. You will build relationships with prospective residents and families, conduct tours, and deliver an outstanding first impression of our senior living community.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Director of Sales to execute sales and marketing strategies.
• Assist in building relationships with prospective residents, families, and referral sources.
• Conduct tours and presentations to highlight community amenities and services.
• Support follow-up efforts with leads and inquiries to ensure timely communication.
• Help manage the sales pipeline by tracking leads, prospects, and move-ins.
• Provide administrative support for sales activities, reporting, and marketing events.
• Collaborate with community leadership and staff to ensure a smooth move-in experience.
