Provincial Senior Living is seeking a Director of Sales for its Independent Living community in the United States. You will engage with seniors and families, conduct tours, host events, and build a Business Development plan to educate professionals about our services.

The role focuses on driving occupancy, meeting Move In goals, and earning a compensation package with base salary, commissions, and comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• 2+ years of sales experience with proven results in senior living, hospitality, or healthcare sales.
• Willingness to meet sales and census goals.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient in CRM and daily activity tracking.

Responsabilidades

• Interact with seniors, family members, and influencers to explore living options.
• Conduct community tours and host prospect events to boost occupancy.
