Job summary

MBK Senior Living seeks a Director of Sales to lead community sales strategies, manage inquiries, tours, and referrals, and drive occupancy with empathy and relationship-building across families and professional partners.

You'll collaborate with the Executive Director and clinical teams to ensure a service-excellence culture, deliver training, and maintain a show-ready environment while meeting budgeted occupancy and revenue goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in senior living sales or healthcare preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead community’s sales efforts to meet occupancy targets.
• Handle inquiries, conduct tours, and manage professional referrals.
• Maintain CRM with complete activity notes in real time.
• Collaborate with Executive Director and leadership to align sales with operations.
• Train staff on first impressions, inquiry calls, and effective tours.
• Ensure show-ready community and maintain MBK standards.
