Job summary

MBK Senior Living is seeking a Director of Sales to drive the community’s revenue and occupancy targets. You will manage inquiries from multiple channels, maintain the CRM, and lead sales training for the concierge team to deliver a WOW experience for prospects and families.

You will collaborate with the Executive Director on marketing plans, pricing strategies, and relationships with referral sources, while ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• College degree or relevant experience required.
• Sales and marketing experience is preferred, with a successful track record.
• Background clearances as required by government regulations are mandatory.
• Health screening and negative TB test results within last 6 months or 7 days of employment.
• Must hold a valid state issued driver’s license and valid insurance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable with public speaking and presenting to groups.

Responsibilities

• Lead the community’s sales efforts to meet occupancy targets and drive revenue.
• Respond to inquiries via multiple channels and maintain CRM real-time notes.
• Train concierge team on greeting, phone etiquette, and MBK standards.
• Develop and execute quarterly sales/marketing plans with the Executive Director.
• Price apartments and determine incentives to close sales while maximizing revenue.
