Job summary

Cedarhurst Living in Crown Point, IN, is seeking a Director of Sales to drive occupancy and revenue by leading the full sales process from inquiry through move-in. You will develop and execute a strategic sales plan, cultivate referral networks, and partner with leadership to implement creative growth strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred.
• 2+ years of successful sales experience (2-5 years preferred).
• CPR or BLS certification preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and common digital tools, EHR systems, and HR-related systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full sales process from inquiry through move-in to drive occupancy.
• Develop and maintain outreach strategies to expand referral networks and generate qualified leads.
• Document and track all sales activities in the CRM/database per company standards.
• Coach staff to maximize referrals and ensure inquiries are managed effectively.
• Collaborate with leadership to design innovative sales strategies and community outreach.
