HarborChase of Daytona in Daytona Beach, FL is seeking a Director of Sales to drive occupancy and market the senior living community. You will build relationships with residents, families, discharge planners, social service workers, and local referral sources to generate new leads and move-ins.

You will manage lead tracking, guide prospects through the move-in process, and stay informed on services, benefits, and competitors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and proven sales success in senior roles.
• Experience in senior sales/marketing environment preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills required.

Responsabilités

• Maintains a high level of occupancy and actively markets the community.
• Keeps up-to-date records of all communications with prospective customers using the lead system.
• Oversees tracking of prospects from initial contact through to close and move-in.
• Maintains knowledge of community benefits and competitors’ points and rates.
• Builds positive relationships with prospects and families to understand needs.
• Provides regular reports to the Director of Sales & Marketing on sales and plan implementation.
• Coordinates move-in paperwork and ensures timely completion.
• Schedules assessments with residents with relevant directors as needed.
• Available to work evenings and weekends as necessary.
