Experience Senior Living LLC. is seeking a Director of Sales in Florida to lead sales initiatives for our senior living communities. The role focuses on achieving monthly sales targets through face-to-face visits, home tours, and strategic follow-up with inquiries and referrals.

The director will manage the annual sales and marketing plan, analyze ROI, oversee advertising, and ensure accurate move-in tracking while maintaining high standards of customer service and compliance.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience in sales or leasing in health care or senior living helpful.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Mansioni

• Meet or exceed monthly company/community sales standards.
• Face-to-face activities including client home visits and tours.
• Respond to inquiries via telephone, email, online and in person; conduct tours.
• Maintain the community database with inquiries and referral sources; ensure follow-up communications.
