Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field required.
• Proven sales track record; effective selling and closing skills.
• Two (2) years in the senior sales and marketing environment.
• Strong leadership skills with a minimum of two (2) years supervising and management.
• Experience using Microsoft Office and Outlook software. Midlevel typing skills required.
• Able to communicate effectively with management, residents, families, and outside contacts.
• Able to manage revenue and expense budgets and understand FHA/ADA guidelines.
• Passion to work with and around senior citizens.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a high level of occupancy at the community.
• Maintains up-to-date records of all communication with prospective customers using the lead management system.
• Oversees tracking of prospects from initial contact through close and move-in.
• Builds and maintains knowledge of community benefits, services, and competitors.
• Develops relationships with prospects, families, and referral sources.
• Guides prospects to select the best option for their needs and aims to close sales.
• Provides regular reports to the Dir. of Sales & Marketing on sales results and plans.
• Coordinates move-in paperwork and ensures timely completion before move-in.
• Schedules assessments with residents as required and informs teams of move-in dates.
• Leads by example and supports staff to achieve sales and move-in goals.
