Job summary

Responsibilities

• Meet targets for lead and lease conversions for Health Center and Senior Living.
• Increase community awareness through events and stakeholder engagement.
• Develop and implement a rolling 90-day sales plan aligned with campus goals.
• Perform audits on local competitors and report data to Home Office.
• Identify and collaborate with local referral partners to convert leads.
• Respond to leads promptly and keep CRM up to date.
• Conduct high-value sales activities to move the sale forward.
