Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC is seeking a Director of Sales to lead the campus sales and growth efforts. You will develop strategies to reach revenue and census targets, oversee marketing initiatives, and partner with local referral sources.

The role focuses on driving lead generation, conversions, and high-value resident recruitment within a collaborative team at your Ohio campus. Strong sales and senior living experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Previous sales experience preferred.
• Previous Assisted or Independent Living experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead campus sales and marketing initiatives to achieve revenue and census goals.
• Develop and implement a 90-day rolling sales plan aligned with campus goals.
• Conduct lead conversions, tours, and community events to drive occupancy.
• Collaborate with clinical and referral partners to source and convert leads.
