Benchmark Meadow Ridge, the premier life care community in Fairfield County, located in Redding, CT, seeks an experienced Director of Sales to lead direct sales and manage a performance-driven team. You will direct advertising, referrals, and events to grow occupancy across independent living residences.

You will also oversee a robust lead-generation program, develop relationships with families, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• 3–5 years of proven sales experience in Lifecare Communities for seniors.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Possessing a driver's license, insurance, and reliable vehicle.
• Ability to speak intelligently about our services.
