Responsibilities

• Maximize occupancy and financial performance for the community.
• Oversee all business functions and ensure smooth operation.
• Develop knowledge of Connecticut Department of Public Health regulations.
• Lead a team aligned with SLR values.
• Coordinate Manager-on-Duty rotation for weekend/holiday coverage.
