Benchmark Senior Living is seeking a Director of Community Relations in Avon, CT to drive occupancy by forming meaningful relationships with potential residents, families, and professional partners. You will move beyond cold calls and promotions to a prospect-centered selling approach, emphasizing trust and personal connection.

As a community leader, you will manage prospects through the sales process, maintain detailed profiles, and build a robust pipeline.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in assisted living.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsabilidades

• Support prospects throughout the sales process.
• Build and manage detailed prospect and professional profiles in the database.
• Generate and maintain your sales pipeline.
• Understand your community’s competitive market landscape.
• Research and/or visit competitor facilities to benchmark.
• Articulate the Benchmark Difference to prospects and partners.
• Cultivate reciprocal professional relationships across the marketplace.
