Erickson Senior Living, headquartered in Baltimore, MD, is hiring for our Sales team at Ava Lakes in Boynton Beach, FL. The Sales Counselor will present and sell the community to prospective residents, meeting with them daily to exceed deposit and revenue goals.

Ava Lakes will offer 700+ independent living residences and 100+ care options, with premium amenities and a robust support system. Compensation starts at $60,000 with commissions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years successful marketing or sales experience.
• Senior living sales experience preferred.
• Florida AHCA Level 2 background screening required prior to start.
• Knowledge of sales techniques.

Responsabilités

• Conduct daily appointments and build trusting relationships with prospective residents.
• Participate in community marketing events.
• Collaborate with the Sales Director and Strategic Marketing team on campaigns and incentives.
• Identify, qualify, and own prospect leads and follow through to action.
• Provide leadership to the sales team, coaching Sales Associates on techniques.
