Buckner Retirement Services is seeking a Sales Counselor for Buckner Villas in Austin, TX. The role involves engaging with leads, conducting tours, and serving as the community's public relations liaison to prospective residents, while delivering exceptional service.

You will develop sales strategies, manage inquiries, coordinate admissions, and participate in community events to promote the residence and its expansion efforts.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or related field preferred; 1–3 years in hospital or retirement community marketing/sales/admissions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; strong Word and spreadsheet skills.
• Ability to work nights and weekends as needed to meet business needs.
• Fluent English communications and professional writing and speaking ability.

Responsabilidades

• Interact with leads to market the community and meet sales goals.
• Conduct community tours for prospective residents and coordinate with clinical staff as needed.
• Respond to inquiries and manage admissions documents to expedite move-ins.
• Assist with outreach, events, and speaking engagements to promote Buckner Villas.
