Job summary

Buckner International’s Stayton at Museum Way in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Sales Counselor to drive admissions and occupancy through professional selling, marketing duties, and community outreach.

You will conduct tours, respond to inquiries, manage leads, coordinate move-ins, and support events, working with the healthcare team to create a welcoming, faith-based senior living experience.

The role requires occasional travel, evenings and weekends, and a strong commitment to Buckner’s mission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of related experience in hospital or retirement community marketing, sales, and/or admissions.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office; strong organization and clerical skills.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Communicate retirement programs and expand admissions to meet goals through outreach and events.
• Conduct community tours and coordinate with leadership to support openings and transfers.
• Respond to inquiries; maintain inquiry files and manage lead follow-up and tours.
• Process admissions documents and oversee move-in procedures.
• Plan and assist with events for prospects, residents, and community organizations.
• Develop speaking engagements and presentations at churches, fairs, and community events.
• Maintain referral sources and track lead management reports with leadership.
• Collaborate with insurance and business office on benefits and stay considerations.
• Monitor budgets and achieve departmental goals; stay informed on market trends.
• Travel as needed to monitor programs and represent Buckner at events.
