Job summary

Buckner Retirement Services, Inc Community: The Villas by Buckner in Austin, TX seeks a Move In Coordinator to manage move-in duties and drive occupancy in the shortest realistic time frame.

You will assist in public relations, coordinate tours, maintain inquiry files, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and operations to ensure smooth admissions. Flex hours, weekends as needed, and travel as required are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 1–3 years in hospital or retirement admissions preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; capable with word processing and spreadsheets.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends as needed to meet business needs.
• Strong English communication and diplomacy skills for diverse interactions.

Responsibilities

• Communicate retirement programs to increase sales and secure admissions.
• Conduct community tours and coordinate with Marketing/Sales and leadership.
• Manage inquiries, maintain files, and schedule tours outside regular hours.
• Oversee move-in projects and ensure smooth documentation and handoffs.
• Assist in events and outreach to churches, groups, and community organizations.
• Track leads and provide reports to the Independent Marketing Director.
