Job summary

Triple Crown Senior Living in Franklin, TN is seeking a Sales Consultant to drive occupancy through external marketing and strategic sales activities. The role requires a dynamic individual with excellent communication skills and a proven sales record, especially in senior living or healthcare.

You will conduct tours, follow up with prospects, manage leads in CRM, coordinate events, and work with the ED and VP of Sales to execute sales plans, aiming to fill the community and build a wait list

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in sales, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years proven sales success in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality.
• Excellent organizational, time-management and computer skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive regularly within territory.
• Aggressive sales instincts with compassion for customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement external marketing strategies to increase community visibility and build occupancy.
• Drive occupancy levels by moving leads through the sales funnel to move-ins.
• Conduct tours for prospective residents/families, showcasing community features and benefits.
• Follow up with prospects using various methods to maintain engagement.
• Utilize CRM to track and manage leads with up-to-date records.
• Coordinate and execute marketing events and open houses to attract prospects.
• Work with the ED and VP of Sales to execute sales and marketing plans.
• Prepare data for weekly sales meetings and strategize to achieve occupancy targets.
