Job summary

Cedarhurst of Crown Point is seeking a Sales Specialist to drive occupancy and positively impact residents' lives. You will develop and execute community marketing plans, qualify leads, conduct tours, and manage referrals, collaborating with the regional sales team to meet occupancy goals.

This role requires strong communication, a proven sales record, ability to travel locally, and comfort in a fast-paced senior living environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• 2+ years of successful sales experience, preferably in senior living.
• Demonstrated sales closing skills with high occupancy results.
• Proficiency with MS Office and digital tools; CPR or BLS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Primary contact for phone inquiries and walk-ins to drive occupancy.
• Develop and execute marketing plans; manage leads and tours.
• Build relationships with families and referral sources for future referrals.
• Coordinate moves and transfers of residents and collaborate with leadership.
