Leisure Care LLC seeks an experienced Sales Manager to lead the sales and marketing team, drive occupancy growth, and guide prospective residents and families through the decision process.

This role rewards results with a competitive base salary plus commission and performance bonuses. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in sales and leadership, with a track record of meeting targets in senior living or related fields.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience.
• 3+ years of leadership/management experience.
• Proven success meeting sales, occupancy, or revenue targets.
• Experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, real estate, or related industries preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the Sales & Marketing team to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Conduct community tours and presentations for prospective residents and families.
• Manage CRM and lead follow-up activities to maximize conversions.
• Track and improve sales performance metrics and conversion rates.
• Build relationships with referral sources, healthcare providers, community organizations, and local businesses.
• Execute sales and marketing strategies that increase lead generation and community awareness.
• Ensure compliance with company sales processes and standards.
• Consistently meet or exceed occupancy and sales goals.
