Job summary

Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Sales Associate for its Lantern Hill community in New Providence, NJ. You will market the Erickson lifestyle to prospects and analyze business metrics to guide the sales process, working both independently and with the Sales and Marketing team.

The role emphasizes building customer relationships, executing a variety of sales activities, and using CRM to track prospects and outcomes. Prior sales/marketing experience and comfort with long cycles are preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous sales and/or marketing experience preferred.
• Strong preference for candidates with experience handling long sales cycles (12–18 months).
• Proven technology skills and comfort with CRM tools are expected.

Responsibilities

• Interact with prospects through daily phone sales, face-to-face meetings, and group sales.
• Influence prospects with strategic messages, tactics, and events.
• Develop and sustain customer relationships to generate revenue.
• Conduct extensive follow-up and retention programs.
• Increase appointments attended by prospective residents through phone sales.
• Maintain the integrity of the CRM database and reports.
