Ashby Ponds by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Sales Associate to market the Erickson lifestyle to prospects and analyze business metrics to guide next steps in the sales and marketing process. You will engage prospects via phone, in-person meetings, and group sessions, building relationships and driving revenue while maintaining CRM data integrity.

The role emphasizes a mix of independent work and teamwork within the Sales and Marketing team, with opportunities to grow as the communities

Qualifications

• Previous sales and/or marketing experience preferred.
• Previous experience working with a long sales cycle (12–18 months) strongly desired.
• Proven technology skills.

• Interact with prospects through a variety of sales activities that include daily phone sales, face-to-face sales meetings, and group sales.
