Integrated Real Estate Group (IREG) is seeking a Director of Resident Programs to lead lifestyle programming at Watercrest at Kingwood. You will create vibrant resident experiences through events, wellness initiatives, social programming, outings, and meaningful interactions.

The role focuses on independence, wellness, and community involvement, partnering with leadership, residents, families, and team members to foster a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in senior living activities or resident programming.
• Experience in hospitality, recreation, or lifestyle programming preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage engaging daily, weekly, and monthly resident lifestyle calendars.
• Plan and coordinate social events, holiday celebrations, outings, and wellness programming.
• Develop activities that promote independence, connection, and active living.
• Build strong relationships with residents and encourage community participation.
• Coordinate resident transportation schedules and off-site activities.
• Partner with local organizations, entertainers, and vendors to enhance programming.
• Lead and support resident clubs, interest groups, and community initiatives.
• Maintain department calendars, participation records, and required documentation.
• Collaborate with leadership teams to enhance resident satisfaction and overall community culture.
• Ensure programming aligns with company standards and resident interests.
