Job summary

Integrated Real Estate Group (IREG) is seeking a Director of Resident Programs for Watercrest at Kingwood, our independent living community. You will design and lead vibrant lifestyle programming, events, wellness classes, and resident clubs to create a welcoming, active, and engaging living experience.

In this role you’ll build lasting relationships with residents, families, and leadership teams, managing calendars, coordinating transportation, and partnering with local vendors to deliver

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in senior living activities, resident programming, lifestyle coordination, hospitality, or related resident engagement roles required
• Independent living experience strongly preferred
• Experience planning events, social programming, or wellness initiatives
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Responsibilities

• Create and manage engaging daily, weekly, and monthly resident lifestyle calendars
• Plan and coordinate social events, holiday celebrations, outings, entertainment, and wellness programming
• Develop activities that promote independence, connection, and active living
• Build strong relationships with residents and encourage community participation
• Coordinate resident transportation schedules and off-site activities
• Partner with local organizations, entertainers, and vendors to enhance programming
• Lead and support resident clubs, interest groups, and community initiatives
• Maintain department calendars, participation records, and required documentation
• Collaborate with leadership teams to enhance resident satisfaction and overall community culture
• Ensure programming aligns with company standards and resident interests
