Job summary

Integrated Real Estate Group (IREG) is seeking a Director of Resident Programs at Watercrest at Kingwood to lead lifestyle programming and resident engagement in an independent living community.

You'll design daily, weekly, and monthly calendars, coordinate events, wellness initiatives, and outings, and build strong relationships with residents, families, and local partners to create a vibrant, hospitality-focused living experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in senior living activities, resident programming, lifestyle coordination, hospitality, or related resident engagement roles.
• Independent living experience strongly preferred.
• Experience planning events, social programming, or wellness initiatives.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency with scheduling tools preferred.
• Ability to work occasional weekends, evenings, and holidays as community needs require.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage engaging daily, weekly, and monthly resident lifestyle calendars.
• Plan and coordinate social events, holiday celebrations, outings, entertainment, and wellness programming.
• Develop activities that promote independence, connection, and active living.
• Build strong relationships with residents and encourage community participation.
• Coordinate resident transportation schedules and off-site activities.
• Partner with local organizations, entertainers, and vendors to enhance programming.
• Lead and support resident clubs, interest groups, and community initiatives.
• Maintain department calendars, participation records, and required documentation.
• Collaborate with leadership teams to enhance resident satisfaction and overall community culture.
• Ensure programming aligns with company standards and resident interests.
