Job summary

MBK Senior Living in Gilbert, AZ is seeking a Part-Time Sales Assistant to support the community sales team by handling inquiries, scheduling tours, and moving leads through the sales process while delivering a welcoming experience to prospective residents and families.

You will enter interactions into the CRM, support admission paperwork, maintain sales collateral, and coordinate events. Strong English communication and computer skills are required; Saturday/Monday shifts apply.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Experience with sales inquiries and lead management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Director of Sales with managing inquiries, tours, and lead progression.
• Enter prospect interactions and notes into the CRM in real time.
• Provide administrative support to the Sales & Marketing function.
• Coordinate admission paperwork and sales collateral inventory.
• Represent the community in a friendly, professional manner to residents and families.
