MBK Senior Living is seeking a part-time Sales Assistant to join a dynamic team. You will support a sales-driven environment, handling inquiries, tours, and lead progression with accuracy in the CRM.

You will also help prepare paperwork and coordinate events, contributing to a high-quality resident experience. The role requires strong Microsoft Office and CRM skills, plus clear written and verbal English communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1+ years of related sales support or front-line experience preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office and CRM usage; strong written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist Director of Sales with responding to inquiries, scheduling tours, and advancing leads.
• Enter prospect interactions and notes into the CRM in real time.
• Serve as a point of contact for prospects and families, ensuring timely communication.
• Provide administrative support to Sales and Marketing and process admission paperwork.
• Maintain inventory of sales collateral and assist with event logistics.
• Represent the community professionally to residents, families, and visitors.
