Integral Senior Living is seeking a Sales Associate at Bellamar Lancaster in Lancaster, CA. The role supports the Executive Director and Sales Office, handling lead tracking, reporting, and event coordination to drive resident inquiries and tours.

The position requires strong communication, organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Associates degree preferred; one year of relevant experience is desired in a senior living setting.

Formación

• Associates Degree preferred.
• 1 year of sales administrative support or customer service in senior living preferred.
• Excellent telephone etiquette and people skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Windows including Word, Outlook and Excel.
• Experience with client tracking and design software is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Record new leads and maintain the sales database.
• Provide regular reports from the database to the Executive Director.
• Maintain model suites and the Discovery Room.
• Answer telephones and handle correspondence.
• Organize and assist in planning events and prospective resident tours.
